My student teacher Mrs. Carroll taught 2nd graders about Optical Illusions and had them create their own using paint and paper weaving. First students had to paint a gradient on a sheet of paper, then the next week they created a paper loom and cut their painting apart. They put the painting back together inside the loom and created amazing Op Art!
